When the hand hole with mortise and tenon groove is continuously opened and closed, the convex surface of the top cover is very easy to slide into the mortise and tenon groove body for automatic and accurate positioning. Because the gasket is not easily damaged when placed in the concave groove, even if it is damaged, fragments still remain in the concave groove and are not easy to fall into the kettle. When there is work pressure, the gasket is not easily washed away. After being simplified into a plan view, the top cover and gasket cannot be fully automatically aligned, making it very inconvenient to accurately position them when closing. Every time it is applied, the gasket is offset, and if not careful, it is very easy to leak. The exposed gasket is not only prone to environmental pollution, but also very easy to damage. The falling fragments will fall into the kettle and pollute the environment.

Problem 2: The ball screw for the hand hole of the production equipment for reaction kettle grout should be a trapezoidal thread of the transmission system type, instead of a fine tooth external thread of the connection type.

Due to the ladder shaped gong pattern, which can bear a large amount of energy, the distance between the gongs is large, and the number of rotations when the hand hole is closed is small. By comparison, fine tooth external threads have a large number of rotations, making them inconvenient to use and prone to slipping with slightly higher energy. Due to the shallow external thread and the dual effects of damage and erosion, it is very easy to damage.

Problem 3: The production equipment for reaction kettle grout is skewed at the interface and the feeding port is off center.

Many chemical factories and foundries do not pay attention to the welding of flanges, and do not understand that flanges have specificity. The difficulty of connecting machine equipment to flanges can cause the valve handwheel to tilt, and with the tilt, the construction of gate valves, pipes, and pipelines can be very complicated.
