2. Glossiness: Different qualities of glue have different smoothness after being applied. High quality glue has a stronger texture after curing regardless of the color tone, while low-quality glue has no texture as soon as it is applied, and some have no luster after curing for one or two months.

3. Particle inspection: The high-quality glass adhesive produced by the fully automatic glass adhesive equipment is an organic synthetic raw material that has undergone sufficient and uniform mixing. The color is fine and uniform, and after being applied and cured, it is smooth, flat, and has a glossy finish. The worse the quality of the glass glue, the more particles and residues can be seen. After the glue is applied and cured, the surface of the sealing strip is not as smooth and flat as the high-quality glue.

4. Looking at bubbles: The key component of high-quality glass glue produced by fully automatic glass glue equipment is silicone. In addition, the amount of raw materials used is very small, and the excellent reliability of pure silicone is minimally affected by external standard changes during storage. When applying glue, it is not easy to cause gas to seep into the bottle and cause the glue to produce "pop" and "pop" bubble sounds. However, for general quality silicone rubber, the adhesive slurry is not pure silicone rubber, and the preservatives in silicone rubber and the PE soft rubber in the bottle may cause chemical changes, causing the bottle to swell and rise. 5. Testing the actual curing effect: After partial adhesive application, customers should first integrate the packaging design's indication to query the surface drying time of the glass adhesive. If the time is too short or the request exceeds the time limit too much, it indicates that the quality of the glass adhesive produced by the fully automatic glass adhesive equipment is not very good (naturally, the hazards of natural environmental standards should also be considered); Then wait for curing to proceed (the curing time should also be indicated by the manufacturer), and test the strength and ductility of the adhesive with force.
